Our job is to come along side you and your buyer to provide resources that will empower them to become homeowners.

We will assist your buyer with homebuyer education classes, qualified, certified financial counseling, finding special lending products,and applying for grant programs. We will work with you to get them in the best possible position to purchase and will work with you both to find a home they can afford and go to closing. In exchange for our services, you would pay our service provider(s) a total referral fee of 25% of the Selling Agent commission upon closing of the sale.
